Transportation Duties

  • Safely transport employees, guests, and visitors to various locations as required

  • Deliver and pick up documents, equipment, and supplies between sites, offices, and external parties

  • Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of items or passengers during transport

Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection

- Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, etc.) before operation

  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness, inside and out

  • Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repairs as needed

  • Report any vehicle issues or irregularities immediately

Safety and Compliance

- Follow all traffic laws, road signs, and company driving policies

  • Ensure safety of all passengers and service vehicle during trips

  • Maintain and renew vehicle registration and insurance in coordination with the Admin team

  • Keep a valid and active driver's license at all times

Errands and Administrative Support

- Assist in bank transactions, government office visits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), or courier deliveries

- Support the Admin or Logistics team with site errands or material pick-ups

- Assist in loading/unloading of materials or goods, if necessary

Record Keeping

-Maintain a trip log or driver's logbook for monitoring travel, fuel use, and mileage

  • Secure and submit official receipts, fuel slips, and trip records to Admin/Accounting

  • Ensure all documents and transactions handled during driving duties are recorded properly

  • Performs ad-hoc general administrative duties and other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Department or

    Authorized personnel as necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a High School Graduate; vocational course certificate is an advantage. Open to undergraduates or fresh graduates.

• At least five (5) years of professional driving experience, preferably handling both company executives and staff.

• Good knowledge of local traffic laws and area routes

  • Physically fit, alert, and has good eyesight
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
  • Can communicate clearly and follow instructions

  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or extended shifts if needed
