About the role

Are you a recent graduate or new to the workforce and looking for an exciting and rewarding customer service opportunity? We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Centre Customer Service Representatives. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary package of up to 29,500.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  5. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  5. A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  6. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential for fresh graduates and newbies
