I. Job Summary

The employee is responsible for assisting the Custodian in checking, receiving, dispatching, and reconciling bulk raw materials, micro and macro ingredients, finished goods, factory supplies, equipment, and other merchandise.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensures accurate receiving of raw materials, factory supplies and finished goods based receiving documents.
2. Ensures accurate issuance raw materials, factory supplies and finished goods.
3. Ensure the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) Method was properly executed.
4. Maintains Good Warehousing Practices.

2. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications.

6. Good interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Good time management skills, including punctuality, and limiting downtime.
8. Flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime. Ability to work independently and as a team.

IV. Qualifications

A graduate of any bachelor's degree any courses or equivalent of at least 6 months of warehousing experience.
