Cafe Manager

We are Dinetic Foods Corp. franchisee company of Seattle's Best Coffee. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our cafe operations. Work location will be at DRT Highway Barangay Tangos Baliuag Bulacan Philippines.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any field. A degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

- At least 1-5 years of managerial experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

- Proven experience in managing a team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.

- Solid understanding of financial and inventory management, including budgeting and cost control.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Willing to undergo 2 months training (accommodation will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
