Corporate Lawyer

All You Need Services, a fast-growing construction company based in the United States, is seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team to handle all legal aspects of our business operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review project contracts and vendor agreements
* Ensure legal compliance with local, state, and federal laws
* Advise senior management on legal risks, project development, and strategic decisions
* Handle legal matters related to joint ventures, land use, and development
* Manage disputes, claims, and potential litigation
* Collaborate with external counsel when necessary
* Maintain corporate records, licenses, and legal filings
* Oversee risk management and insurance compliance

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited law school
* Has an active license to practice law
* Minimum of 15 years of legal experience
* Strong knowledge of US Law, preferably in construction law, contract law, and corporate governance
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
* Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple legal projects simultaneously
* Background in the construction or engineering industries
* Familiarity with public-private partnership contracts and regulatory frameworks
* Experience with risk management and compliance in construction settings
* High-speed internet and a reliable home office setup.
* Willingness to work night shift (EST hours) as required by project needs.
