Job Description

  • Responsible for conducting physico-chemical analysis of in-process, incoming raw materials and packaging materials and finished product.
  • Responsible for meeting the basic quality function based on established Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance programs.
  • Conducts physical inspection of finished product based on established specification and/or classification requirements.
  • Evaluates raw materials, packaging materials and processing aids upon delivery for visible defects; performs various tests on samples drawn and notes down status of delivery
  • Determines, secures and maintains proper dilution of cleaning and sanitizing agent to provide optimum effectiveness and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in QA Laboratory preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
  • Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
  • Licensed Chemical Engineer, Chemist or Chemical Technician is an advantage
  • Knowledge on Quality Control, Food Safety and Basic GMP is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Tanza, Cavite
