QA Analyst

• 1) Checks and analyzes in-coming raw materials upon receipt and issues release labels upon approval.
• 2) Does in-process check in the production and packaging lines.
• 3) Does bulk analysis of finished goods such as soap bars, shampoos and other finished goods produced in the finishing lines before packaging.
• 4) Prepares Certificates of Analysis for raw materials and finished goods.
• 5) Retains and controls raw materials samples.
• 6) Checks and inspects batch production.
• 7) Does High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis and monitors maintenance of the HPLC.
• 8) Does preparations and analysis for analytical reagents.
• 9) Monitors expiry dates of analytical reagents.
• 10) Assists Quality Assurance Officer in her Quality Control duties.
• 11) Does other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Chemical Technician or Licensed Chemist
• Knowledgeable in Cosmetic Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
• Can work well in a team and follow procedures
