Key Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers

· Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

· Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS

· Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications:

· Must be a high school graduate

· Must have at least 1-year Corporate Travel experience (BPO)

· Proficient in using Native GDS commands (Cryptic preferably Sabre) to book and manage travel arrangements

· Excellent communication skills

· Good customer service skills

· Willing to work onsite

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

· Can start ASAP
