IT Support Specialist (Ilocos)

Location: Ilocos

Salary: ₱15,000

•SCHEDULE – Shifting


•TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT – 6 Months Project based(subject for extension & regularization )

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, install, pull-out, and configure PCs, laptops, and printers.
  • Handle Level 1 (phone & remote) and Level 2 (on-site) support within specified SLAs.
  • Update ticket status regularly and escalate incidents beyond assigned scope.
  • Provide assistance to end-users on standard and specialized software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues, replace defective parts, and escalate as necessary.
  • Perform formatting/cloning of PCs, desktops, and laptops.
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot basic network connections.
  • Conduct regular PC checkups (defragmentation, patches, virus updates).
  • Escalate urgent problems to helpdesk, team leader, or appropriate authority.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Computer-related course.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant corporate experience.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems and PC troubleshooting.
  • Knowledgeable in hardware/software/printer/network troubleshooting.
  • Amenable to client's working schedule and location.

Skills:

  • Soft Skills: Good communication, customer service orientation.
  • Technical Skills: PC/hardware troubleshooting, printer/software/network troubleshooting, formatting, and network configuration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
