About the role

Polystar General Services' is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction and fabrication operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform various welding tasks, including metal joining, fabrication, and repair, using a range of welding techniques and equipment
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient welding
  • Prepare materials, tools, and work surfaces to industry standards
  • Ensure that all welding work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of welding equipment
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure the successful completion of projects

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Welder in a construction or fabrication environment
  • Proficiency in a range of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Strong understanding of welding principles, safety procedures, and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team
