MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for operating CNC routers and other auotomated woodworking machinery to cut and shape components for kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry and other modular furniture elements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Set up and operate CNC woodworking machines (routers, nesting machines, panel saws) to produce joinery components.

2. Read and interpret CAD drawings, cutting lists and technical specifications.

3. Load/unload wood panels (MDF, plywood, laminate boards, etc) and maintain workflow in coordination with other production processes (e.g., edge-banding, assembly.

4. Ensure parts are machined accurately to specification, with clean cuts and proper edge finishings.

5. Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.

6. Perform routine maintenance on machines (cleaning, lubrication, etc.)

7. Make tool offsets, adjustments, or minor programming edits as needed.

8. Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to resolve production problems
