Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns using data analysis, A/B testing, and key metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR) to improve performance
- Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with product launches and promotional events
- Budget & Bid Management: Manage and allocate ad spend efficiently, adjusting bids to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to refine campaign effectiveness
- Reporting & Insights: Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to guide future campaign strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or e-commerce marketing, focusing on Meta, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms
- Expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Lazada/Shopee ad tools
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics
- In-depth knowledge of media buying principles, including bidding strategies, budget management, and audience targeting
- Proven success in running campaigns with measurable performance improvements
