Location: MFI Jala-Jala Campus, Barangay Malaya, Jala-Jala, Rizal 1990

Reporting Site: MFI Building, Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (Landmark: The Medical City)

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (with scheduled reporting to Pasig Office)

Schedule: Monday (7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.)
• Tuesday to Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

Job Summary

MFI Polytechnic Institute Inc. is looking for a dedicated and organized School Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the MFI Agricultural School - Jala-Jala Campus and support the implementation of DepEd's Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) for the Senior High School - Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Track.

The role ensures that training activities, facilities, and documentation meet institutional and regulatory standards, including those of DepEd and TESDA.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in school supervision, technical-vocational education, or community-based training coordination - preferably those residing within or near Jala-Jala, Rizal, due to connectivity limitations and on-site supervision needs.

The Supervisor will also be required to report to MFI's main office in Pasig City once or twice a week for meetings, coordination, and submission of reports.

Key Responsibilities

Program and Campus Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day campus operations, ensuring readiness of training areas, farm facilities, and tools.
• Supervise on-site staff and trainers in coordination with the School Administrator.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, and overall campus orderliness and safety.
• Maintain inventories and ensure responsible use of resources and consumables.

JDVP Coordination

• Support the implementation of DepEd's JDVP for Senior High School TVL programs in partnership with public senior high schools.
• Coordinate with trainers, students, and DepEd focal persons for training and assessment schedules.
• Ensure accurate completion and safekeeping of JDVP-related documents and reports.
• Assist in documentation, billing preparation, and submission of requirements to MFI Head Office.

Administrative and Compliance Support

• Prepare weekly activity and progress reports for review by the School Administrator and VP-COO.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Facilities units on administrative and logistical needs.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies on safety, child protection, and data privacy.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as on-site contact for DepEd representatives, local partners, and community stakeholders.
• Relay official communications, schedules, and updates between the Jala-Jala Campus and MFI Head Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Education, Agriculture, or Technical-Vocational disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in school supervision, training coordination, or TVET program management.
• With TESDA NC II (EIM, Agriculture, or related qualification); TM I is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills; computer-literate in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be residing in or near Jala-Jala, Rizal for daily on-site reporting.

Working Conditions

• Primarily based at MFI Agricultural School, Jala-Jala Campus (Rizal 1990).
• Reports to MFI Pasig Office 1–2 times per week for coordination and submission of reports.
• May be required to assist during JDVP training and assessment activities.
