We're Hiring: BIM Architects (All Levels)

What We're Looking For:

  • 9+ years of experience (Sr BIM Architect) and 4-8 years of experience (BIM Architect) in architecture, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed projects. Postgraduates with 1-3 years of experience are also encouraged to apply for a Junior position.
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • A deep passion for technical detailing and ensuring precision at every step of the design and construction process.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, collaborate with clients, and liaise effectively with stakeholders across various disciplines.
  • International project experience is a plus – experience in handling multi-cultural teams and navigating global construction standards.
  • Advanced expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other leading tools.
  • Proficiency in Revit is mandatory, with additional BIM software experience considered advantageous.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects from concept to delivery.
  • Valid work permit or authorisation to work in the Philippines is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of detailed BIM models that support high-quality, efficient design and construction.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BIM processes seamlessly across the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Drive BIM coordination and quality control to ensure that technical details are executed to the highest standard.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery across international markets.
