DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Setting up and preparing dialysis machines for patient use.

  2. Monitoring patients during dialysis to ensure the procedure runs smoothly.

  3. Assessing vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatments.

  4. Ensuring patient comfort and addressing any concerns or issues during treatment.

  5. Troubleshooting and maintaining dialysis equipment to ensure proper functioning.

  6. Ensuring infection control practices are followed, including sterilizing equipment and preparing sterile environments.

  7. Administering prescribed medications during dialysis, if necessary, under supervision.

  8. Educating patients on the dialysis process and post-treatment care.

  9. Documenting patient information, including treatment details, vital signs, and any complications.

  10. Collaborating with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
