In charge for the overall daily operations of the store by ensuring attainment of sales targets, execution of sales generating plans and programs, strict implementation of standard control and consistent rendering of outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management/Marketing/HRM or equivalent

  • At least 1 year working experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant Services/Retail Management

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the operations of the store.
  • Conduct daily briefing with the store crew.
  • Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales target.
  • Manage the schedules of store crews, cash-fund and store equipment.
  • Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotion and tie ups.
  • Monitor the daily inventory and ensure the availability of stocks.
  • Monitor the product expiration dates and ensure the implementation of FIFO.
