Job Description:

  1. Drive and operate cranes, long bucket trucks, trailer trucks, and other assigned heavy equipment during the erection of 69kV poles and line hardware.
  2. Ensure safe lifting and placement of poles, transformers, and other heavy line components in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety protocols.
  3. Conduct routine pre-operation inspections and perform basic maintenance of equipment to ensure mechanical reliability.
  4. Coordinate closely with the rigger and ground crew during lifting and installation operations.
  5. Comply with safety procedures, equipment load limits, and work instructions at all times.

Job Qualifications:

  1. TESDA National Certificate (NC II)
  2. TESDA National Certificate (NC III)
  3. Vocational Diploma
  4. Professional Driver's License
  5. Must have at least 2 years' experience as a Crane Operator
