captain waiter

• Oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food, and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, addressing customer complaints, and often contributing to inventory management and cost control. In essence, they are accountable for the overall dining experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising and scheduling dining room staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
• Ensuring excellent service, addressing complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and potentially tracking food costs and waste.
• Ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and meets safety and health standards.
• Training new staff and providing ongoing guidance to existing dining employees.
• Overseeing the setup and closing of the dining area.
• Maintaining records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and company policies.
• Coordination with the function coordinator in arranging events.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Must have previous experience as a supervisor or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Knowledge with food & safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational and Management skills.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Familiarity with POS Systems, Inventory Management, and other aspects of restaurant operations.
• Must have a good moral character.
• Trustworthy and Reliable.
• Willing to be assigned at Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
