Job Description

• Perform repair and maintenance works in company dormitories to ensure safe, clean, and functional living conditions.
• Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance as required.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical lines and related systems.
• Perform air conditioning repair, cleaning, and preventive maintenance to maintain efficient operation and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Identify, assess, and repair structural or facility defects within dormitories.
• Implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce breakdowns and ensure continuous operation of dormitory facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certification
• At least 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance
• Knowledge in Plumbing and Electrical Works
