Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and motivate the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.

E-commerce Strategy

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy, including sales targets, marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition and retention programs, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights for e-commerce optimization.

Product Management

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization, for all e-commerce product offerings.
  • Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

E-commerce Platform Management

  • Oversee the operation and optimization of the e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and marketing, to implement platform enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.

Digital Marketing and Promotion

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales on all e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing spend, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Enhance the overall customer experience on our e-commerce platform by optimizing site navigation, product presentation, checkout process, and post-purchase support.
  • Implement customer-centric initiatives, such as personalized recommendations, loyalty programs, and user-generated content, to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Management

  • Ensure the e-commerce team meets or exceeds performance targets and continuously improves their skills and productivity.
  • Establish clear and achievable performance goals and targets for assigned team members. Aligning individual goals with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to discuss progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Offer constructive feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Identify training needs and arrange for appropriate development programs.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, return rate, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.

Discipline Management

  • Address performance issues and misconduct promptly and fairly to maintain a productive and respectful work environment.
  • Investigate incidents of misconduct or poor performance thoroughly and impartially. Gather relevant information and document findings.
  • Provide verbal or written warnings to team members who violate company policies or fail to meet performance standards. Clearly communicate the consequences of continued issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all disciplinary actions taken. Document performance issues, warnings and steps taken to address them.
  • Communicate company policies and expectations to the e-commerce team. Ensure team members understand the consequences of violating policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee,
  • Tiktok Shop and Company website.
  • Mobile optimization.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in retails and e-commerce supervision.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work and creative projects.
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Project Management and Deadline management.
