  • Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a professional manner, resolving minor complaints, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Adhering to all safety policies and procedures, which may include performing basic vehicle maintenance checks (like checking tire pressure), and ensuring the vehicle and work areas remain clean and organized.
