The Mechanical Draftsperson/Designer is responsible for drafting and documenting mechanical process systems.

You will work closely with the client's design team and report mainly to the Design Manager.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the kind of person who:

• Drafting, documenting, updating and revising mechanical, piping and process engineering drawings.
• Interpret and apply drawing standards accurately.
• Manage files and documentation related to drawings and associated materials.
• Support and contribute to the ongoing improvement of documentation systems used by the organisation.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant drafting or design experience.
• Technical qualification in MEP drafting or Industrial Technologies or Process systems engineering design
• drafting,
• Experience in piping, process systems documentation
• Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software, particularly in relation to the BIM environment, is a plus
• Familiarity with PFD and P&ID
• Knowledge and understanding of architecture and other disciplines within the construction industry
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel …)
• Inherent interpersonal capabilities - able to work within a tight-knit team environment.
• Experience with rendering tools, Sketchup, Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus
