Position: Genome Analyst (Trainee)

Location: Philippines (On-site)

Experience: 0–1 year

As a Genome Analyst Trainee, you'll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team working on Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, genomic interpretation, and clinical reporting — all focused on improving outcomes for cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform NGS data analysis and interpret genomic variations/mutations in cancer using standard guidelines.

•Collaborate with clinical and bioinformatics teams to deliver high-quality, timely genomic insights.

•Assist in the development and validation of new genomic assays.

•Participate in QAD activities including SOP documentation and process improvement.

•Contribute to the enhancement of clinical whole-exome analysis pipelines.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

•Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Genetics, or Biotechnology with strong academic performance.

•0–1 year of relevant experience.

•Foundational knowledge of genetics and cancer biology.

•A curious, detail-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in computational biology.
