Vespa Imus Cavite, under the corporate name of Danocars Trading Inc., is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Man to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring parts inventory, ensuring proper documentation, and issuing parts for both service and sales needs.
You will also serve as a Reliever Service Advisor when needed, assisting with service scheduling, customer coordination, and ensuring a smooth after-sales process for Vespa customers.

What You'll Be Doing- Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming parts and accessories deliveries
- Properly storing, organizing, and monitoring stock levels of parts and accessories
- Preparing purchase requests and coordinating with suppliers for replenishments
- Issuing spare parts and accessories to the service team based on approved job orders
- Supporting upselling of Vespa genuine parts & accessories, and Skootplus aftermarket products
- Assisting in showroom display organization for parts & accessories
Acting as Service Advisor reliever by:
Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating unit handovers
- Supporting pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and service documentation
- Addressing customer inquiries on parts, services, and pricing
- Coordinating with technicians for service updates
- Assisting in events such as service caravans, showroom promotions, and ride campaigns
- At least college level; a degree in Automotive, Business, or Technical courses is an advantage
- Preferably with 1 year experience in parts management or service-related roles in the motorcycle/automotive industry
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle or scooter parts is a plus
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory or CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Preferably residing in Imus, Cavite or nearby areas
