We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for turning complex processes into intuitive, elegant experiences. You'll work closely with our development team to design new web modules for our cutting-edge Casino Management System, from straightforward features to highly complex modules like Cash Desk, Treasury, and Player Management.

This isn't just about making things "look good", it's about crafting interfaces that make operations seamless for real users in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the UI/UX design for new and upcoming web modules, ensuring a balance of functionality, clarity, and visual appeal.
  • Translate business requirements into interactive prototypes and polished final designs.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and end-users to refine flows and interactions.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure consistency in design language across all modules and platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for complex web applications (experience in fintech, POS, or enterprise systems a plus).
  • Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Ability to break down complex workflows into clear, logical, and intuitive steps.
  • Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Experience in designing systems with financial transactions or high security/compliance requirements.
