  • Welcome guests and provide accurate information about available watersports activities (jet ski, banana boat, kayak, paddle board, speedboat tours, etc.).
  • Assist guests with registration, waiver signing, payments, and safety briefings.
  • Help guests properly wear life jackets and other safety gear.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service at all times.
  • Assist in launching and docking watercraft such as jet skis, kayaks, SUP boards, and boats.
  • Guide guests during loading and unloading procedures.
  • Ensure smooth flow of watersports activities according to schedule.
  • Communicate with boat captains, operators, and other staff regarding guest needs.
  • Enforce safety rules and ensure guests understand all instructions before any activity.
  • Monitor ongoing activities to identify hazards or unsafe behavior.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or equipment issues immediately.
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and is ready for use.
  • Clean, rinse, and store equipment properly after every use.
  • Perform basic inspections of life jackets, helmets, kayaks, SUP boards, paddles, and jetski accessories.
  • Assist mechanics or senior staff in minor maintenance tasks when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the watersports area, shoreline, and storage spaces.
  • Help prepare promotional materials or content when requested (e.g., assisting with guest photos/videos).
  • Support management in other tasks assigned during operations.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or college level.
  • Experience in watersports, resort, or tourism is an advantage.
  • Must know how to swim and handle basic water emergencies.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform outdoor tasks under the sun.
  • Team-player, responsible, and can work under pressure.
