Job Description: Port Captain / Marine Superintendent

  • Directly under the HSSE Manager

QUALIFICATION

  • Licensed Master Mariner & with knowledge with ISM
  • At least one (1) year as Master on board the Company's Fleet or at least three (3) years worked in ship management company as Marine Superintendent.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the QMR in Implementation of the Quality Management of Tug Boats, Management of Change, Risk Assessment, Health, Safety & Environmental Inspection, Incident & Near Misses Investigation, Management Review, Internal & External Audit, Non Conformity Control, Corrective and Preventive Action and Environmental Management System, Control of Drug and Alcohol Abuse among crew members and Crew Training.
  • Matters related to planning and implementation of Tug Boats Emergency Drills.
  • Matters related to management and revision of provisions of Tug Boat Manuals and Procedures as well as enactment and management of documents.
  • Support the Quality Management Activities of EATC in accordance with the direction of the Head of Marine Section.
