Position Overview:

Planters Aggregates, Inc. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to drive sales of our aggregates products and strengthen business relationships with contractors, developers, haulers, and construction partners. The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen, excellent client management skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, haulers, brokers, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and field market studies to understand demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Process and manage customer inquiries, price quotations, and sales orders in coordination with the Sales Admin team.
  • Monitor product availability, delivery schedules, pricing, and payment collections with internal teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
  • Promote brand visibility and support marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, timely communication, and proper handling of client concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
