The Retail Head leads the company's retail operations, focuses on growing sales and market presence, ensures excellent customer service, and implements strategic initiatives to expand the retail business of seafood products.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth and consistent execution and compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement action plans to improve sales volume, profitability, and productivity.
  • Prepare and manage the retail division's budget and financial forecasts.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular site visits to retail locations, assess performance, provide guidance, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining product freshness, store cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations, including seafood handling and retail operations policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or any related course.
  • 2-3 years (or more) of progressive experience in retail operations management, ideally in food, seafood, or fresh market environments.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multiple retail outlets or teams.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of seafood product management is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
