  • Work within the account's AI platform to verify compliance within the real estate and insurance markets
  • Verify COI components ie. Additionally Insured and policy activity
  • Flag unsatisfied requirements and escalate to the account's management
  • Support Gmail inbox where applicable
  • Communicate with the internal account team via email

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Can navigate computer well and learn new computer systems/account tools
  • Has good attention to details
  • Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
