Senior QE

We are looking for a Senior QA Specialist who will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and Quality Engineering (QE) teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership in testing activities, and the ability to ensure high-quality deliverables across complex business workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between business and QE teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.
• Perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into comprehensive test strategies.
• Identify end-to-end test scenarios and maintain traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Lead manual testing activities for complex business workflows, ensuring thorough coverage and accuracy.
• Collaborate with automation teams to identify automation candidates and support automation strategy.
• Drive quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement within the QA process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
