Job Summary:
Rublou Town Center Cogeo is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff to provide vital support to the management team. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle tenant relations professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare, update, and manage reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in tenant coordination, inquiries, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate company and tenant files and records.
- Support management in daily office activities and operational requirements.
- Handle correspondence, billing, and other administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year course) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with tenants.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
