Fund Management Associate

Prepare and complete the necessary documentation for the companys bank account opening, updating, or closure, including handwriting the official bank forms and encoding the required information into the Digital Onboarding System (DOBS).
Maintain custodianship over the data and personal information of the Board of Directors (BOD), Executive Committee (EXCOMM) members, Key Officers, and Bank Authorized Signatories, including their Identification Cards (IDs) and Biographical Data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of all records.
Prepare the required documentation for Cash Management Services across all financial institutions and ensure adherence to each banks policies and procedures.
Prepare a request letter to obtain the Board Resolution or Secretarys Certificate, ensuring that the letter is first reviewed by the FMD Specialist and the FMD Head, and subsequently approved by the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) prior to submission to the Corporate Secretary.
Record branch cash delivery and pickup requests in the Excel monitoring report, ensuring accurate entry of amounts and designated bank accounts credited or debited. Coordinate with authorized officers from Landbank and RCBC to confirm scheduling and ensure proper handling of transactions.
