As a Fund Servicing Associate within the Securities Services Operations team, you will be responsible for end-to-end process management and flawless delivery of processes, accountable for proper change management and process improvement. Continuously develop industry/product knowledge.

Ability to understand customer segments and apply different servicing approaches based on customer knowledge level. Job Responsibilities Be responsible for investigation and validation of breaks on Reconciliation (FA v/s Custody).

Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off, including client service enquiry resolution, cash and stock breaks, with all key metrics produced as required. Execute BAU to be best in class. Publishing weekly KPIs & KRIs and tracking reasons for deviations from agreed levels.

Follow up on all aging items. Manage end-to-end process responsibility and be in control of end-of-day reports and critical intra-day reports. Manage all exceptions and facilitate their closure.

Play a key role in audit reviews and checks. Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans. Review and improve productivity benchmarks regularly.

Create strong resiliency and backups within the team. Work in partnership with the local OCM team for QA tests, MIS, audits, etc. Continually review and update Standard Operating Procedures in line with new policies and ongoing risk management activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Minimum 8 years of experience in Fund Accounting (Asset Servicing, Trades Settlement). Ability to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.

Client-focused and control-oriented. Understanding of risk and quality issues. Proactive and positive approach.

Able to learn concepts and procedures quickly. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Knowledge of the financial markets is advantageous. Fund Accounting background preferred. Bachelor's Degree.
