Job Overview:

We are currently hiring Sewers to join our growing team This role involves operating sewing machines, ensuring quality workmanship, and meeting daily production targets. If you have at least 1 year of sewing experience and a strong attention to detail, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines for garment or textile production
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform minor machine maintenance and thread changes as needed
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level
• Minimum of 1 year sewing experience (garments, upholstery, or similar)
• Familiar with different types of stitches and sewing techniques
• Can understand instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
