We are seeking for a BS Nursing graduate with professional license, knowledge of Health and Safety protocols based on OSH standards and proficient in MS Office.  A candidate with strong analytical abilities, capable of reviewing accounts and identifying potential issues. The ideal candidate should also possess management skills and excellent communication proficiency in English.  The following are the key responsibilities for the position:
  1. Determines Employees' Health related problems as reason for employee's job changes and leave of absence.
  2. Plans programs of health nursing services for the general health and welfare of employees.
  3. Assists the company physician in performing medical check-up and annual physical examination of employees.
  4. Act as a first aider in case of emergency situation.
  5. Refers additional examinations required by Company accredited physicians and visits all DAVCO employees admitted in the clinic/hospitals and coordinate regarding their safety, comfort and other medical problems.
  6. Identifies list of employees requiring medical surveillance (e.g., Hypertensive, Diabetic, etc.) and provide health teachings.
  7. Coordinates with employees' immediate superior for health limitations with regards to restrictions to current function and determines suitable area for employee to function effectively.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of medical records and communications.
  9. Apply and re-echo to workers modern approach on how to manage health care delivery system from all seminar/scientific meetings attended.
  10. Issues MSRS for medicine withdrawal at M&S Department.
  11. Coordinates with Health and Safety Officer, Corporate Social Responsibility Section, PBGEA, Hospitals and other government agencies.
  12. Issues one (1) day sick leave to employees for home treatment.
  13. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
  14. Process Hospitalization Guaranty.
