Job DescriptionReview site-specific capacity (tester, handler, prober) and identify/resolve constraints and shortfalls using constraint, unconstraint supply, and demand analysis referencing JDA and Supply Health. Note: Area assignment depends on business needs. Crosscheck utilization rates for top products and coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency.

Address UPH/OEE discrepancies with IE/OR partners, ensuring issues are resolved and tracked. Monitor weekly throughput, identify root causes of low throughput, and track resolutions. Track WIP levels weekly, report high WIP quantities, and ensure plans are in place to reduce WIP to target levels.

Update scheduling data for test platform and product transfers, ensuring accuracy. Review and resolve zero capacity cells. Manage load balancing across locations to meet capacity needs.

Lead collaboration meetings with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
