Job Purpose

The RPA Operation Support is responsible for monitoring and supporting automation robots, handling first-level incident management, coordinating communication with stakeholders, and contributing to root cause analysis. This role ensures that new releases do not negatively affect existing automations and that virtual machines are properly configured to support deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support daily RPA operations in the live environment
  • Schedule and run automations; ensure stability of the Blue Prism environment
  • Handle incident management and ticket resolution for RPA issues
  • Maintain solution documentation and update records
  • Communicate risks, timelines, and issues to the automation manager
  • Ensure compliance with risk control methodology and approvals
  • Coordinate with Business Process Technology teams for new virtual machine setup
  • Configure new VMs with required applications and settings
  • Support Blue Prism version upgrades
  • Promote automation adoption across business functions
  • Ensure automation changes have proper approvals
  • Provide guidance for process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Use technology tools for effective service delivery and accurate data management
  • Adhere to corporate policies, including financial and approval guidelines

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2- 3 years of hands-on transactional process improvement experience
  • Proven track record in process improvement and implementation
  • Strong background in accounting principles and experience in at least one key area: STP, CTC, or RTR
  • Blue Prism developer accreditation
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation standards and ITIL-based technical support

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Studies, Finance, or Information Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
