We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor with a strong background in the hotel/hospitality industry to oversee daily IT operations and ensure reliable technology support across hotel systems. The ideal candidate will support hotel operations, maintain system security, and lead IT troubleshooting efforts to ensure seamless guest and staff experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and maintain all hotel IT systems (PMS, POS, ERP, guest Wi-Fi, CCTV, access control, etc.)
  • Provide technical support to hotel staff and management
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system compliance
  • Monitor network performance and resolve IT issues promptly
  • Assist with system upgrades, installations, and staff training
  • Maintain IT documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or IT Officer in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Fidelio, Micros, or similar)
  • Experience with networks, servers, hardware, and software support
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide 24/7 support when required
  • Relevant IT degree or certification preferred
