The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting both clinical and administrative functions. You'll ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and act as the central liaison between patients, providers, and support staff. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative and clinical support tasks for providers.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and care teams.
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, process authorizations, and assist with scheduling.
  • Support providers with documentation, order entry, and follow-up.
  • Track and communicate quality metrics and care gaps.
  • Utilize EHR systems and Microsoft Office proficiently.
  • Educate patients on preventive services, follow-up care, and insurance processes.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
  • Prior healthcare administrative experience required.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems.
  • Active Medical Assistant certification required.
Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
