The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting both clinical and administrative functions. You'll ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and act as the central liaison between patients, providers, and support staff. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care coordination while working in a professional and supportive environment.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative and clinical support tasks for providers.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and care teams.
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, process authorizations, and assist with scheduling.
  • Support providers with documentation, order entry, and follow-up.
  • Track and communicate quality metrics and care gaps.
  • Utilize EHR systems and Microsoft Office proficiently.
  • Educate patients on preventive services, follow-up care, and insurance processes.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program.
  • Prior healthcare administrative experience required.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems.
  • Active Medical Assistant certification required.
Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
