What You'll Do

Pre-planning

  1. Creation of initial schedule based on available data from DPT (designs, CFAs)

  2. Benchmarking of durations vs actual productivities of other comparable Rockwell Projects)

  3. Provide detailed computation of assumed durations per scope of work based on benchmarking.
  4. Provide POC projections for the whole project life once detailed relative weights are available
  5. Generating a procurement plan based on the drawings release targets and schedule projections

Construction Phase

  1. Finalization of the baseline schedule and procurement schedule if there are changes to plans/drawings
  2. Adjustment of POC in relation to item (1)
  3. Monitoring of accomplishments/KPIs
  4. Tight guarding of critical activities' status/accomplishments
  5. Generate catch-up plans/schedules as needed
  6. Weekly reporting of POCs/KPIs for in-team reports (Huddles, Duty Officer's Report)
  7. Submission of monthly POC accomplishments to the core team (HQ)
  8. Prepare any reports/accomplishment updates needed
  9. Compliance with yearly 3rd party audits of declared accomplishments

How You'll Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and projections.
