Bank Tele-Collector

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as collection counterpart to accounting department in terms of reconciliation, update, holding and any collection matter involve (Cash or Check)
• Monitors client check for holding, redeposits and for pull out.
• Mainly engage in monitoring of current and delinquent accounts
• Daily reminders and follow up call to current and overdue accounts
• Perform counter checking of accounts to eliminate fraud in early stage
• Perform skip tracing for missing and hiding clients
• Negotiating borrowers regarding their payment
• Assist collection associate doing field works
• Preparation and serving of demand letters
• Providing customer service regarding collection issues
• Perform other assigned task and duties to support team goal
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
