Fixed Asset Specialist

Responsible for the accurate tracking, management, and reporting of all fixed assets across the logistics operations, including warehouses, vehicles, machinery, and IT infrastructure. This role ensures compliance with internal asset policies, accounting standards, and local regulations, and supports physical audits, depreciation schedules, asset tagging, and disposal processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Maintain and update the Fixed Asset and Inventory Monitoring for all supplies and company-owned/leased assets.

Ø Ensure all assets are recorded in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and company accounting policies.

Ø Collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely recording of assets.

Ø Perform physical asset counts and reconciliation exercises across all branches.

Ø Monitor and track asset transfers and location changes across branches and distribution centers.

Ø Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset reports for internal and external use.

Ø Assist in fixed asset budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX monitoring.

Ø Participate in internal and external audits related to fixed assets.

Ø Ensure proper insurance coverage and maintenance records for key assets.

Ø Support the implementation and use of ERP systems or fixed asset software.

Ø Execute such other tasks as may be assigned by Immediate Head and/or by management.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND TRAINING REQUIRED

ü Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

ü At least 1 year work related experience

ü Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting and depreciation methods

ü Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

ü Proficiency in Excel and asset management software

ü Solid knowledge of accounting regulations

ü Strong analytical and organizational skills

ü Good communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams

ü Can work under pressure.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports directly to the Finance & Tax Compliance Supervisor (FTCS) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and works with all departments concerning on the fixed asset related transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
