About Us

The Upper Deck is Metro Manila's premier sports and recreation hub — with a gym, pool, basketball and badminton courts, padel, climbing wall, recovery spa, and event spaces. We're looking for a Social Media & Graphics Designerwho can both create and manage content while handling graphic design and visuals for our brand.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, design, and schedule engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Create eye-catching graphics, posters, and digital ads that fit our sports and lifestyle branding.
  • Shoot and edit photos/videos of gym activities, events, and community highlights.
  • Monitor social media pages, respond to inquiries, and build online engagement.
  • Work with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and promotions.

Who We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and/or graphic design.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / CapCut or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, analytics, and digital trends.
  • Creative eye for design, with an understanding of sports, fitness, and lifestyle branding.
  • Preferably a sports, wellness, or fitness enthusiast who gets the culture.
