Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reporting and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with general accounting standards, policies and procedures.
  • Develop improvements for continuous optimization and standardization of both accounting systems and processes.
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, allocations, accruals and expenses.
  • Perform flux analysis and reconcile variances
  • Work with payroll and government statutory reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all transactions are properly understood, reviewed and recorded
  • Perform inter-company billing and reconciliation

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
  • Must have a min of 5years experience
  • Must have working experience in Financial, Management Reporting and General Ledger accounting
  • Must have a strong time management skill to meet deadlines
  • Must be knowledgeable about government statutory compliance and reporting
  • Must be knowledgeable with payroll processing
  • Must have knowledge and experience in handling accounting systems
  • CPA Passer/Certified- an advantage

Work Setup

  • Setup: Onsite | 1PM-10PM (PH time)
  • Location: Cebu CIty
