About the Role

Strategic Office Support, Inc. (SOS) is expanding its Cebu operations We partner with U.S.-based healthcare providers to deliver top-quality administrative and back-office support. We're looking for detail-oriented, service-driven professionals who want to grow in a stable and rewarding healthcare support career.

As a Healthcare Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient daily operations for our clients by:

  • Managing calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Providing administrative and operational assistance to healthcare providers
  • Handling documentation and patient-related data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborating with team members to meet service goals and deadlines

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who have:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience in BPO, healthcare, or customer service roles (1–5 years preferred)
  • The ability to work U.S. business hours and adapt to shifting schedules
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work
