IT Officer

Alta Vista de Boracay managed by DMCI PDI Hotels, Inc., a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Hotel IT Officer. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DMCI PDI Hotels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Monitor and maintain the company's WiFi, POS system, terminals communication, device IP addresses, device accounts management, LAN, etc.
• Ensures the physical I.T. equipment asset of the hotel is working properly and conducts preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Monitors the company's software renewal, purchase or upgrade and recommends alternative software replacement to management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk roles, preferably in a hotel industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Willing to be assigned in Malay, Aklan
