About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the team at RRJ' in Aroroy Masbate. As a full-time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
  3. Processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments
  4. Maintaining a clean, well-organized and visually appealing store environment
  5. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  6. Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets and goals
  7. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Enthusiasm, attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
