About the role

Legado Motors Inc. is looking for a proactive and determined Professional Driver to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. You will provide superior transportation services to customers; your role transcends traditional driving including managing the unique aspects of EV operation, ensuring timely recharging, and delivering an eco-friendly experience that aligns with the Company's commitment to environmental responsibility.

What you'll be doing

  • Safe and Efficient Driving: transport passengers to their destinations safely and promptly, ensuring adherence to traffic rules and regulations, as well as demonstrate excellent customer service during every interaction with passengers.
  • Electric Vehicle Management:monitor and maintain optimal battery levels by making use of available charging infrastructure and perform regular visual inspections and basic troubleshooting to ensure the EV remains in top operational condition.
  • Technology and Application Usage: utilize the prescribed application proficiently to receive and manage ride requests, navigation, and payment processing. Report any app-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner to the support team.
  • Customer Engagement: solicit and record customer feedback to help continuously improve the service quality.
  • Maintenance & Documentation: coordinate with logistics head for scheduled maintenance and repairs as required for EVs. Keep digital logs of mileage, charging sessions, and service appointments for auditing and performance tracking.
  • Safety & Compliance: adhere strictly to company policies, local traffic regulations, and environmental guidelines. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintain the overall presentation of the EV to create a premium ride experience.

What we're looking for

  • Driving Experience: a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. At least prior 5+ years of experience as a Professional Driver, with strong familiarity with routes within Metro Manila.
  • Technical Skills: basic understanding of electric vehicle operation, including charging procedures and range management.
  • Customer Service: excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: reliable, punctual, and responsible with strong problem-solving abilities.
