Sales Associate in Robinsons Magnolia

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sales Associate to join our retail team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere, this role is a great fit. As part of our team, you'll assist shoppers, maintain store standards, and support sales initiatives while also helping new teammates adapt and grow.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Use product knowledge to identify customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Process purchases accurately through the POS system
• Ensure shelves and displays are neat, organized, and fully stocked
• Apply effective selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
• Contribute to marketing efforts such as in-store promotions and social media content creation
• Provide after-sales support to strengthen customer loyalty
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports as needed
• Assist in daily store operations and monitor sales performance trends
• Help onboard and guide new team members for smooth integration

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related position
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable using social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram for customer interaction
• Background in online selling or live streaming is a plus

• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
• Open to assignments in nearby store locations when necessary
• A team player with a proactive mindset, adaptability, and a strong sense of responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php695.00 per day
